Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Your Privacy Matters

Alimor is built with privacy at its core. We believe your food and mood data is deeply personal and should stay under your control.

Data Storage

All your data stays on your device. Your food logs, mood entries, and patterns are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's secure storage frameworks.

Alimor does not currently sync your food journal across devices. You can manually export your entries at any time — as a backup file, or as a CSV file with Pro — and you are responsible for where you choose to save or share that exported file.

What We Don't Collect

We don't collect your food logs or mood data
We don't track your location
We don't sell your data to third parties
We don't track you across other apps or websites
We don't require an account or email address

What We Do Collect

Anonymous analytics

We use Mixpanel to understand which features help people most and to improve Alimor. This includes anonymous, aggregated usage data such as screens viewed, features used, onboarding options selected, and subscription status.

Analytics are tied only to a random device identifier, not your name, email, or account. We do not use this data to track you across other apps or websites. Your food logs and mood entries are never included in analytics; they stay on your device as described above. You can read Mixpanel's privacy practices at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Crash reports (optional)

If you opt in, anonymous crash reports help us fix bugs. These contain no personal information or food/mood data.

Purchase information

If you subscribe to Alimor Pro, Apple processes your payment. We only receive a receipt confirmation (no credit card details).

Your Rights

Export your data Use the free backup feature to download all your entries anytime (CSV export available with Pro)
Delete your data Uninstall the app to permanently delete all local data
Import your data manually Use Alimor's import feature to restore entries from a file you choose

Children's Privacy

Alimor is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
